What I like most about the dealer is the personal attention you get when you walk in the door they treat you with class and respect. When I got there I was never rushed or pursued to buy something, Kelvin (sales manager) helped me every step of the way from showing me every car I was interested into handing me the keys to take the car home. Just wanted to say thank you to Santiago Auto Mall for helping me pick out a SUV back in November. I was looking for a car and saw their online site so i decided to check them out. When they show me this 2012 Ford Escape Limited i fell In love with the interior and had to have it. I have since grown to love this SUV and been taking good care of it.
